Biography & Training Philosophy

For more than 15 years I have been giving one-on-one training lessons as a professional fitness trainer in various gyms in Europe.

I have transformed many lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. Fitness is my greatest passion and and I enjoy helping people achieve their goals. 


As my passion grew, my goal became to educate and motivate people towards healthier life and teach them how to take care of their bodies. Because in my opinion, training is not only physical, but also mental. I believe in the saying: 'Strong Body, Strong Mind'. -Juvenal 


Sports have always been an important part of my life. It started as a hobby and soon became my full-time job.

To train my clients better, I started improving my fitness skills by taking different fitness and nutrition courses. After completing AALO course, I gave aerobic, body shape, step, spinning classes in different fitness centres in Amsterdam. After a while I chose to work independatly. This way I could achieve more personal connection with my clients and give them more attention reaching they personal fitness goals. 
Now, after being in this business for more then 15 years, my philosophy of training hasn’t changed much: If you have a specific fitness goal, you need to understand, that it's not going be easy to reach it, because it needs  right attitude, self-discipline,  hard work, might even to put your goal before your own needs.
Being patient is very important, because it will take some time until you start seeing results. You also have to know that you might have to step out of your comfort zone, because getting out of your comfort zone mentally or physically, is where positive change happens.
My specialty is helping people to get out of they comfort zones, even if it's only for an hour. I want my client to think about fitness as a positive think, that can be incorporated  in to their lives daily, just like brushing teeth or having breakfast.
I believe that the attitude to stay consistent will form a healthy habits witch helps to maintain fitness level after the goal is have been reached.  Believe me, you can be in the best shape of your life at any age and being healthy is a "Quality of life."

Being a personal trainer isn’t just my job, it’s my passion. I want to keep on growing as a trainer and  making positive impact in  people's lives.
