For more than 15 years I have been giving one-on-one training lessons as a professional fitness trainer in various gyms in Europe. I have transformed many lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. Fitness is my greatest passion and and I enjoy helping people achieve their goals. As my passion grew, my goal became to educate and motivate people towards healthier life and teach them how to take care of their bodies. Sports have always been an important part of my life. It started as a hobby and soon became my full-time job.
My training and nutrition plan will be personalised to suit goals of people, of all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate or advanced). One training session 30,45,60 minutes, can include strength, flexibility exercises, cardio, hit workouts. All depending on individual fitness goal, level and session time. In every training session will be added some new exercises, different combinations, resistance, to keep you motivated and speed up results. Also will be added healthy nutrition program if needed.
Before starting with any workout or any nutrition plan, we will fill together "Assessment Form" for to get relevant personal information, including current health status, dietary and food habits, current training, preferred exercises, desired goals. That will help to speed up the process of reaching your goal in healthy and safe way.
